Current Developments in Ethnographic Research in the Social and Management Sciences in association with the Journal of Organizational Ethnography
Key theme:
Engaging with the challenge: Impacts on Ethnography and the Impact of Ethnography
The Annual Ethnography Symposium is a leading international forum for debate and dialogue on the theory, practice and form of ethnographic work. In 2016, we are turning our attention to the impact of ethnographic work in the variety of contexts we undertake such research. We wish to explore and celebrate the impact that ethnography can have, from changing behaviour in various social, cultural, or working domains to influencing public policy, and also the impact that the wider world can have on our use of ethnography and ethnographic methods.
