Today, a little later than expected, I present to you the third part of the Criminologist’s Mixtape. This instalment concludes my series of songs about crime, punishment and control with a collection of songs from 2000 to 2010. Enjoy!
- Eminem – Criminal (2000)
- Drowning Pool – Let the Bodies hit the Floor (2001)
- Hard-Fi – Stars of CCTV (2005)
- Kaiser Chiefs – The Angry Mob (2007)

- Immortal Technique – Urban Gorillaz (2008)
- Atmosphere – Less one (2008)
- Daniel Kahn and the Painted Bird – Six Million Germans (2009)

This song tells the story of the ‚Nokmin‘ (or the Avengers), a Jewish group that aimed to kill six million Germans in 1945 as revenge for the Holocaust. Unlike the group in this song however, the actual Nokmin did not manage to kill anyone.
- Eminem feat Rihanna – Love the Way you Lie (2010)

I hope you all enjoyed this little project. If there are any more songs you think should have made the list, pleas comment.

I enjoyed the idea of the Criminologist’s Mixtape! A track, that in my opinion should be part of it, but is really hard to find online (so that I can’t attach a link) is:
Method Man and Redman: Cereal Killer, from the album Blackout.

I found most of the songs listed in these postings on Spotify and compiled a playlist. The playlist is only accessible to Spotify users though.
